Rebate Rules for Short Term Leases

You are not eligible for the full $150 rebate unless you sign a lease term between 6 and 11 months. Apartment communities do not pay commission on 3 month lease terms or month-to-month leases.

To Receive at $50 Rebate you must:

• Sign a lease for between 6 and 11 months.
• Put “Apartment Ninjas” on all guest cards, lease applications, and other documents presented to the client at the apartment property.
• Report you lease on the “Report Your Lease” page within 30 days after move-in date.
• You will receive your check once Apartment Ninjas is paid on your lease.
